The value for money at this boutique hotel was excellent and the room was comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The location on a picturesque street in the walled city was perfect, and the staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the selection of items offered.

The hotel's location in the center of beautiful Cartagena is perfect! It's situated right in the walled historical part of the city, like a colonial little palace. Everything in the walled city is easily accessible from here. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace with its stunning view of the cathedral was a huge perk, and there was plenty of space to relax and lounge.
Nothing, it is perfect.

What a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, recommending delicious restaurants nearby. The beds were so cozy and the architecture of the hotel was stunning. The breakfast was also a highlight, with delicious food that kept me energized all morning. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city!
While the bathroom was beautiful, it was a bit humid and there were some little ants that kept coming around the sink. I also had trouble figuring out how to work the bathtub and the lighting, but with a bit of experimentation, I was able to make it work.

A very cool and comfortable riad-style hotel in the middle of the old town. Perfect as a base. Very sympathetically converted from an old house and a great blend of old and modern. The rooftop pool is a necessary escape from the heat. The staff are incredibly helpful and speak English well. The rooms are romantic and clean.
Felt really comfortable, no complaints at all.

The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in providing complementary beach towels. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool was also a great feature.
Our Easter stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The noise level from neighboring rooms was incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.
